5-6 Ideen, 20 kreative Köpfe, 3 Coaches und ½ Tag intensives Arbeiten.
In kleinen, wechselnden Teams werden die verschieden Aspekte eines Unternehmens beleuchtet und gezielt entlang der 5 Grundsäulen einer Geschäftsidee entwickelt.

In einer immer komplexeren, unberechenbareren und weitestgehend
gesättigten Welt ist die unique Differenzierung eines Unternehmens
überlebenswichtig. In diesem Workshop arbeiten wir gemeinsam an der Unternehmensidee,
ergänzen sie, reichern sie an, prüfen sie, bilden Cluster und finden Links
zu neuen Bereichen, Märkten oder Partner. Mittels kreativer Assoziationstechniken wie dem World-Café-Prinzip arbeiten wir in interdisziplinären Teams und erstellen gemeinsam „Landkarte der Ideen“.

Generation-S ist selbst noch ein Start-up, ein sich in der Gründung befindendes Netzwerk von Beratern und Experten verschiedenster Professionen, mit einem gemeinsamen Ziel: Wirtschaft modern denken, holistisch, integrativ, nachhaltig und Unternehmen nach dieser Philosophie fachkundig beraten.

Kolja Stegemann – arbeitet als freier Marketing Berater und ist Mitinitiator von Generation-S. !
Zuvor war er Director Consulting bei circ-responsibility, Sustainability Consultants und Mutter des
Grameen Creative Labs, wo er auch Florian Spathelf kennen lernte.
Mit mittlerweile 15 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing und Marketing-Kommunikation hat
er schon viele Marken und Unternehmen begleitet und einige „from scratch“ mit aufgebaut.
Die Energie und Begeisterung bei Start-ups ist ein besonderer Treibstoff – und seine Motivation sich
mit Generation-S dieser Szene wieder besonders zu widmen.
Stärken: Erfahrung, neue Wege finden, zuhören und in Form bringen.
Florian Spathelf – Mitinitiator von Generation-S. Florian war zuvor bei einer Unternehmensberatung
für Sozial- und Umweltstandards von Produktionsbetrieben in Entwicklungsländern tätig und
arbeitete als Berater und Workshopleiter des „Grameen Creative Lab“ für Friedensnobelpreisträger
Muhammad Yunus.
Neben seiner Arbeit für GenerationS sammelt er derzeit weitere Startup Erfahrung als Gründer eines
e-Commerce Unternehmens in Berlin.
Stärken: Das ganze kreative Potential einer Gruppe aktivieren, innovative Produktideen entwickeln,
Nachhaltigkeit und Social Entrepreneurship
Holger Dammit – als Organisationsentwickler und Coach begleitet Holger Dammit Unternehmen,
Führungskräfte und High Potentials. Schwerpunkte seiner Arbeit sind Strukturveränderungen,
entwerfen innovativer Geschäftsideen und Umsetzung interner Kommunikationsprojekte. Dabei
interessiert ihn besonders das Aufspüren versteckter Ressourcen und deren Aktivierung.
Nachhaltigkeit und systematisches Denken zählen zu den Grundzügen seines Handelns.
Stärken: motivieren, Kreativität entwickeln und vernetzen, lösungsorientiertes Denken.
